Step 1: Kickoff Zoom (60–90 min)

Welcome + Vision Check: Quick intro, you ask them why they want to start their business.
Business Idea Draft: Have them describe their idea in 1–2 sentences.
Checklist Review: Walk them through the 4 essentials and confirm where they’re at:

2. Business Bank Account
3. Business Email
4. Wix Account
Homework: If they don’t have all 4, give them step-by-step guidance to get it done in the next few days.

EIN Walkthrough: Explain how/where to apply online (IRS site — free).
Bank Account Guidance: What documents they’ll need, how to set it up, and why it matters.
Business Email Setup: Show them how to create a professional email (via Google Workspace or Wix domain).
Wix Account Basics: Have them log in, explore the dashboard, and be ready for the next stage.

Brand Vision: Talk about what colors, logos, and styles they imagine for their business.
Inspiration Board: Use Canva to create a simple mood board (colors, fonts, example logos).
Mission Statement: Draft a 1–2 sentence “why my business exists.”
Next Step Guidance: Show them how this creative prep will plug directly into the Masterclass.

Review Homework: Double-check that all 4 essentials are complete.
Confirm Launch Readiness: Make sure they’re confident and set to move into the $997 program.
Bridge to Masterclass: Congratulate them — “Now you’re ready to start building for real. Let’s book your spot in the Masterclass.”

$2,500 VIP – custom 1:1 support.

👉 This isn’t about “teaching” — it’s about helping them build alongside you. You literally sit with them (Zoom) and say, “Okay, let’s add your homepage. Now let’s write your mission.” You’ve done it for yourself — you can do it for them.

✅ Full Business Plan – You wrote a 30+ page professional plan with financials, strategy, operations, and appendix. That makes you more than qualified to guide others.
✅ Brand Kit – You’ve built consistent looks across Sillie Goosse products (shirts, book, website, flyers) and even know how to explain why consistency matters.
✅ Commercial/Song – You created songs with Suno, commercials with Kaiber/Krikey, and even theme songs. Most people have never touched this. You’re already ahead.

👉 You can absolutely lead a group through building these pieces — they won’t expect perfection, just real, usable outcomes.

Requirement: 1:1 support for website, plan, branding, and commercial.

✅ You’ve personally built everything in your ecosystem — multiple times, across industries (clothing, media, healthcare, farming concepts).
✅ You know how to sit with someone (like you do with Willie!) and guide them step by step until they have something real.
✅ You already provide ongoing support to yourself — building websites, editing, updating. Doing it for one person at a time will feel natural.
