Refund Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No exceptions will be made. If you have a problem with your order please use the contact us page to express any concerns you may have including the order number and the name the order is under. Sillie Goosse is very intentional when making sure each order is correct and packaged thoroughly to ensure each of our customers are satisfied with their order.

Should you be requesting a refund to a package that has become lost in transit, you would need to seek payment from the courier as we are not responsible for items once they have been dropped off to the courier. Rest assured, when selecting the delivery service we have chosen the most reliable, quickest, and efficient courier possible.
